All first time curly haircut appointments will be subject to a consultation upgrade to their appointment Fiona £19.50, Alisha £17 and Tilda £14, to allow staff more time with new clients to ensure first class first curly cuts, and support for recreating their look at home.
* Concessions prices will only be available Mon, Tues, Wed. All Thursday, Fri,and Sat booking will be full price.
Cancellation Policy

You’ll get a text reminder 48 hours before your appointment. We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy because last-minute no-shows cost our salon and stylists thousands of ££££ each year.
When you book, your appointment is a legal verbal agreement to attend and pay for your service. If you don’t, we lose that time—and we can’t resell it on short notice. Our stylists are in high demand, and we often turn clients away to hold your spot.
We have the right to charge the full service price for missed appointments, but we get that life happens! If you have special extenuating circumstances, give us a call—your stylist has the final say and will be happy to chat, otherwise 100% charge for less than 24 hours notice.
